Dispatch and Delivery

We are based in the UK but will delivery our products Worldwide unless otherwise stated within the description of the item.

Many of our items are delivered direct from the supplier, so if you make an order for multiple items they may be dispatched seperately.

Dispatch times vary for each product so please see the individual item description for specific despatch times.


Depending on size and destination the following postage services and delivery times will apply:
Royal Mail 2nd Class - aim 3 working days from dispatch date
Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 working days from dispatch date
Royal Mail Tracked - 1-3 working days from dispatch date
Next Day Delivery - by 1pm the next working day from dispatch

Airmail - aim 5-10 working days from dispatch date

If you require your item to be dispatched sooner to arrive in time for your special occasion please select the Express Service & Next Day Delivery option.

Express Service & Next Day Delivery

 

If you require your item urgently we offer a next working day delivery service on many of our products.

 

Orders received before 10:00am will be dispatched the same day (except Weekends and Bank Holidays in which case the order will be dispatched on the next working day) to arrive on the next working day after dispatch.
 

Orders received after 10:00am will be dispatched on the next working day to arrive the following working day.
 

PLEASE NOTE: In all cases Weekends and Bank Holidays are non-working days and items will NOT be dispatched or delivered on these days.



Non-receipt of Goods

 

Loss of items is quite rare and as most items are dispatched by Royal Mail we would advise you to initially check the address you have given is correct and also check with your local sorting office who will normally have your undelivered item ready for collection.



If your item cannot be traced then the current Royal Mail policy for UK deliveries is that a claim cannot be made until 15 business days after the date delivery was expected.



In most cases items are returned to us due to incorrect address or non-collection of parcel at the sorting office. If the item is returned to us we will check all details are correct and resend the items.

In the unfortunate event that your item is not received after 15 working days (30 days for non-UK customers) from dispatch and you have checked the address you have given is correct and checked at your local sorting office then please contact us and we will send a replacement. 

 

Postage and Packaging Costs

Postage costs are automatically calculated as you add items to your shopping cart providing you have selected your 'Delivery Method' on the shopping cart page.

Orders of £35 and over will default to a tracked delivery method.

UK Royal Mail 2nd Class - prices range from £2 to £4 (cards are free)
UK Royal Mail 1st Class - prices range from £3.50 to £5
UK Royal Mail Tracked - £6.50
UK Express Service & Next Day Delivery - prices range from £7.50 to £11.50

EU and Worldwide item are posted using a tracked service and postage costs are calculated on the weight of the items ordered.


PLEASE NOTE: To allow for correct delivery calculation for your order you should select the correct ‘Delivery Method’ for the country where your item is to be delivered from the drop down menu.

Failure to select the correct 'Delivery Method' for your delivery address when checking out will lead to your order being cancelled.

Returns Policy

We accept returns for any reason. If you wish to return an item you are required to contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the item within 14 days, however unless the item is faulty it must be returned in original unopened, unused, saleable condition. If non-faulty items are returned in opened, used or unsaleable condition  then a refund will not be given and the item will be returned to you, the customer, at your expense. If you request a return after the 14 day cooling off period, but is in original unopened, unused condition when it is returned, then vouchers for the value of the item will be issued rather than a refund, however a 10% handling charge will be deducted.

In all cases you must contact us prior to returning any purchases.

Personalised Gifts have no intrinsic value once personalised and as such we urge you to take great care that no mistakes are made when ordering from our website as we cannot accept returns once the item has been personalised. (Please note: personalised items are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations) 

We will cut and paste the information you supply us in order to fulfill your order. 

The personalisation on your item will appear exactly as entered in the personalisation field(s).

We often contact customers if something doesn't look "right" but the responsibility does lie with you and not us to check the spelling and wording is correct.

Should any purchase arrive damaged from transit or does not arrive at all, then please contact us and we will follow up your enquiry.  You should also contact us within 7 days of receipt if the item is faulty in any way or any mistakes have been made by ourselves or our suppliers.

If you wish to consider returning a Non-personalised item then please contact us before returning anything.

All goods must be returned in the same packaging and in the same condition they arrived in and we must receive them within 14 days of notification of intention to return. If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty then it must be returned in unopened, unused and re-saleable condition. If the item arrives back to us in opened, used or unsaleable condition no refund will be made.

We cannot refund the postage costs incurred in returning goods and we would strongly suggest you consider recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that we do not receive. 

Returning Faulty Items 

If the item arrives and you believe it to be faulty then please contact us to arrange return of the item.

Once we have receive and assessed the faulty item we will dispatch a replacement as soon as possible, however, should we no longer have stock of the item you will be offered a replacement item or refund.

If, after assessment, the item proves NOT to be faulty it will be returned to you, the customer, at your expense.

Refunds on faulty items will NOT be made until the item has been received and assessed and only then if a replacement is unavailable.

In all cases we must be informed of intent to return an item within 7 days of receipt and all shipping charges are at the customers expense.

All items qualifying for a refund will be refunded within 30 days of the item being returned.
